Russian midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has said that Spartak Moscow are capable of winning the derby match against Dynamo Moscow. Spartak Moscow will be facing their arch rivals for the third time this season alone. Dynamo Moscow have claimed victories in the last two matches, but Spartak Moscow can take heart from the fact that they claimed a significant draw when the two sides met each other here in the league last season. Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has said that Spartak Moscow are much stronger this time around due to the arrival of many new players in the transfer window. One among them has been Diniyar Bilyaletdinov himself, who joined from English Premier league club Everton.
Spartak Moscow are going through a difficult period in the domestic form right now. They have been beaten recently by CSKA Moscow, while they were unable to get anything more than a point from the matches against Anzhi Makhachkala and Rubin Kazan. Bilyaletdinov has said that he is enjoying his return to Russian football, but admitted that he would like to see Spartak Moscow return to form more than anything else. Spartak Moscow are currently fourth in the Russian league at the moment, but Bilyaletdinov praised the squad by saying that Sergei Silkin has managed to assemble a very strong squad.
Despite the presence of a number of strong players within the squad, Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has said that Spartak Moscow should be worried about the presence of Kevin Kuranyi on the pitch. The inform striker is capable of destroying defences on his own, and Diniyar Bilyaletdinov has said that Spartak Moscow better be warned about him. It is certainly going to be tough for Spartak Moscow because they have to face a team that will be coming on the back of a morale boosting win over Andrei Arshavin‘s Zenit St Petersburg recently.
